EXCHANGE & REFUND
Any refunds that are requested will be done only through the original mode of payment. All orders or products made on the website can be exchanged only for a product of the same value or greater value that the product being exchanged.
Exchanges can be made 15 days from purchase date.
All products that require refund must adhere to the following process:
- Original packaging must be used
- Any details/ slips with invoice and shipping details must be placed along with the package for return.
- Any previous postage labels should be removed to avoid any confusion upon return
Upon successful return of the products, an email will be communicated to the buyer with confirmation.
